GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

What is a Praline Rose?

A praline rose is a traditional delicacy from Lyon, France: roasted almonds and hazelnuts coated in a crisp, rose-coloured caramelised sugar shell.

Are there any allergens in your products?

All our products contain gluten, eggs and dairy. La Pépite Rose, Le Pink Praline Cookie, Les Financiers and the boxes that include them also contain nuts (almonds, hazelnuts). Everything is made in a kitchen that handles tree nuts, so we cannot guarantee any product is nut-free. Each product page lists its full ingredients and allergens. If you have any specific concerns, please get in touch before ordering.

Do you offer any gluten-free or vegan options?

Not at the moment. All our products contain gluten, eggs and dairy, so none of them are vegan or gluten-free.

Where do I collect my order?

At our market stall, on the market day you chose. We're usually at Le Marché EQ (Moore Park) on the first Sunday of the month and at Woolwich Market (Hunters Hill) on the second Sunday. The exact date and address show when you choose your pickup, and in your confirmation email.

How far in advance do I need to pre-order?

Pre-orders close at 12pm on the Thursday before market day. We recommend ordering as early as possible: quantities are limited and we do sell out.

Can I get a refund for my order if I can't come to the market to pick it up?

Pre-orders can be collected during the market trading hours on the specified pickup date. Reserving the order for collection means it isn't available for sale to other customers during that time, and by the end of trading, unsold or uncollected stock can no longer be resold. For this reason, we're unable to provide a refund for orders not collected within the pickup window.
